BCCI confirms  India’s participation in the Asia Cup 2025 meeting

BCC has reportedly confirmed its participation in the Asia Cup 2025. BCC will join the meeting virtually amongst all the boards. They have confirmed it officially to the Asian Cricket Council. While all the uncertainties were roaming on social media, BCC has cleared it all.

Some reports say BCC will boycott the Asia Cup 2025. Annual General meeting has made all doubts fade.

India set to defend title

India has made its way to defend the Asia Cup 2025 title. 

As one of the officials said, “We will win the Asia Cup 2025 and win the title again.”

This statement confirms India’s participation.

India is set to make its way to the final and win the title again. The Indian team is brilliant and can make a big title again in their name. Fans can see big scores and wickets from this season.

Venue and schedule yet to be finalized 

The annual general meeting(AGM) is on its way to happen. However venue and schedule are yet to be finalized. Sponsors have broken another silence and put pressure on the ACC.

AGM will likely be a source to announce the host and schedule. India’s participation in the AGM meeting confirms the host to be shifted to the UAE.

Support from other Asian boards

BCC has got huge support from srilanka, Oman, and Afghanistan. These countries could miss the meeting with India. They supported weel and stand with India to boycott the AGM.

However, somehow Mohsin Naqvi convinced Afghanistan and srilanka to be part of the meeting. Afghanistan took this decsion at the last moments. It pressured India to participate in the AGM.

Final Discussion

The AGM meeting is now confirmed in Dhaka. India will participate virtually in the meeting. All other boards agreed to join physically.

All board members have arrived in Dhaka. Mohsin Naqvi also gave a speech at the dinner praising Aminul Islam for the arrangements.
